You will receive a Schedule K-1 to file with your personal taxes.

Sales and Use Tax

Partnerships file an information return to report their income, gains, losses, deductions, credits, etc.

A partnership does not pay tax on its income but "passes through" any profits or losses to its partners. Partners must include partnership items on their tax or information
returns. In addition to Form 1065, partnerships must also submit Schedule K-1, a document prepared for each partner to file on personal tax return.

We can on prepare 2 years in one setting. Please be advised that clients with more than two years of taxes will have to make another appointment.

Prior Year Tax Return

Virtual Appointment is for all services especially for  clients that don't have transportation or lives far away from the office.

Assist with audit from IRS and State of Revenue. Must have documents to completed audit. Their is a fee for this service. Fee varies
